Rupali Ranjith

Ms. Rupali Ranjith, the charismatic Medical director of Bridges Speech Center. She is a dedicated and passionate Speech therapist and Assistant Behaviour Analyst. After completing her master’s degree in Speech therapy and Audiology from Mumbai, she has worked with patients of all age groups in India and UAE for more than 20 years. She strongly believes in regularly updating her skills.

She has successfully completed her BCaBA and QASP-S. She has expertise in new modalities of treatment such as PROMPT, AVT, PECS, Oral placement therapy and Henan Program. She is also a well-known speaker and presenter and has contributed articles to many magazines and journals. She follows a team-based approach where parent/caregiver training is given the utmost importance, considering them as the heart and soul of successful therapy.

Patient’s progress is her ultimate reward.She is thankful to all her patients and caregivers for supporting her journey.

Ms. Pragila VM is a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist at Bridges Speech Center, holding a BSc, MSc, and MPhil in Clinical Psychology. She is licensed with RCI, DHA, and DoH, with over 7 years of experience supporting individuals with diverse psychological needs. 

Her expertise includes evidence-based therapies such as  CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness-based therapy, Trauma-focused therapy, Family and Couple therapy, and EFT. She provides psychological support for conditions including anxiety, mood disorders, developmental disorders (ADHD and autism spectrum disorders), personality concerns, and other psychological needs.

Ms. Pragila is also experienced in conducting psychological, cognitive, neuropsychological, and behavioral assessments. With her strong clinical knowledge and empathetic approach, she contributes valuable support to children, individuals, and families.

Gurumurthy, a dedicated professional with over 13 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As a Qualified Behavior Analyst (credentialed by the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board, QABA®️), He has honed his expertise in understanding and improving behavior patterns, particularly in individuals with diverse needs.

His journey in ABA has been marked by a strong commitment to fostering positive change, empowering individuals, and enhancing their quality of life. He has worked with a wide range of clients, from children with autism to adults with developmental disabilities, using evidence-based strategies and interventions to facilitate growth and independence.

His professional journey is driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of those he serves. He firmly believes in the power of ABA to create positive outcomes and is dedicated to staying current with the latest research and best practices in the field.

Nandini Nautiyal

Department Head - Chief Clinical Officer ,Assistant Behaviour Analyst
Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology International Behavioral Analyst License of QASP-S and IBA

Nandini has a Master’s degree in clinical psychology and went on to complete her applied behavior analysis coursework from Florida Tech. She has received her international behavioral analyst license of QASP-S and IBA from recognized boards.

She has been working in the field for almost nine years and comes with many years of teaching, training as well as behavior analytic experience across all age ranges, ability levels, ADHD, Learning Difficulties, and Autism.

She continues to update herself in the field of special needs and ABA by being part of various workshops, seminars, and discussions.

She is passionate about working with all stakeholders in a child’s growth from parents to school creating behavioral plans, and curriculum modifications along with enhancing functional communication, play skills, and social skills and empowering young learners with confidence to work in real life environment!

Ritu Mary Mathew

Ms. Ritu has graduated from Bangalore University, India. Having over a decade of experience, she has had the pleasure of working in multiple facilities in various positions dealing with variety of speech, language & communication disorders across all age groups. Her experience includes working in clinical set ups, rehabilitation centers, as well as in Institutional set-ups supervising & lecturing undergraduate students.

She has focused her clinical skills in assessing & treating children, adolescents/adults with various speech and  language disorders. She is PROMPT (level 1) trained and continuously updates & improves her professional skills by attending various webinars/seminars. 

She is passionate about working with children and their families to promote language, social, emotional, behavioral health & overall academic success. She is functional & dynamic and is targeted to produce highest outcomes for each individual & their families.

Occupational Therapist

Nutan Vivek Dhamale

With over a decade of experience in pediatric occupational therapy, Nutan is dedicated to support children reach their fullest potential through individualized, play-based, and evidence-driven interventions.Specializing in sensory integration, reflex integration, handwriting intervention ;  Nutan  has worked with children across a range of abilities, including those with attention deficit hyperactive disorder, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and sensory processing challenges. Her expertise lies in but not limited to sensory integration, learning  disabilities, developmental delays and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Known for a compassionate and family-centered approach,Nutan partners closely with parents, caregivers, and educators to create supportive environments that promote each child’s independence and confidence in daily activities.  She is passionate about empowering families with practical tools and strategies that foster growth both in the clinic and at home. At Bridges speech centre ,she is  committed to creating a nurturing space where children can thrive through coordinated care and innovative therapy approaches.

Nutan holds a Bachelor’s of Occupational Therapy from Seth G.S. Medical College and KEMH (INDIA) and maintains ongoing professional development in areas such as neurodevelopmental treatment, handwriting interventions, and social-emotional learning.

Dr. Mahrukh Mehmood

Department Head - Senior Pediatric Physiotherapist
DHA Licensed | DMI Certified

With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Mahrukh is a passionate and dedicated pediatric physiotherapist focused on helping children achieve their developmental milestones through specialized therapy approaches.

She is certified in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI), She has expertise in Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT),
Suit Therapy, Hydrotherapy, and advanced management of Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Spinal Cord Injuries, and Orthopedic conditions. Her strong foundation in radiological assessment and manual therapy ensures accurate diagnosis and holistic care.
